Women's Wellness & Body Sculpting

I started my fitness journey in 2015. It started with Pole Fitness and I fell in love with the strength and femininity side of it. Over the years fitness has allowed me to find myself and my attributes. I eventually signed up to a gym to keep my strength and I started like most women, scared to go in to the weights rooms where all of the guys were training, I would only do cardio back then.


I tried a few different gyms and then along with a friend, found Momentum Fitness Warrnambool. MFW was the new gym in town and they were really welcoming. They encouraged us to try new things and one of those was Strongman Training. I gained so much strength and built some muscle. It was mostly a mans sport at the time but I enjoyed it and it helped me become comfortable weight training. This also changed my body shape and I fell in love with the changes.


Over time I had wondered what it would be like to try Body Building, but I had no clue where to start. I did an 8 week Online training program that included a strict meal plan and achieved amazing results. I had done this by myself, which gave me more of a drive to think more about Body Building.


I met fellow gym member who is now a very good friend, who had experienced Body Building herself and steered me in the right direction to get a coach. I had a great starting point for Body Building because of the Strongwoman programs at MFW, it helped give me the muscle I needed to compete.


I competed in my first comp in 2019 with the WBFF federation and came 4th in the Bikini Diva division. I loved the whole experience, there were highs and lows but nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment and achieving something that you put your all in to.


I doubt myself at times, but we need to push our doubts aside and just go for it.


Body Building has been one of the most rewarding achievements of my life and I'm so glad that I gave it my all and tried new things, I wouldn't be where I am today without stepping out of my comfort zone.


My future goals are to become a Nutrition and Body Building Coach.


I completed my cert III & IV with AIF in 2021 and hit the ground running within the fitness Industry. I'm finding my feet and gaining more confidence as a trainer each day. My main focus and goal in this program is to educate women with a healthy lifestyle and to assist with building confidence in the gym and to gain strength and muscle.
