As you may or may not know I have always been fit and active, from Ironman Triathlon to Body Building to Powerlifting to Cross Training and back again to Triathlon. After going through a lot of my training programs from over the years (I have piles and piles of them) I have decided to put them all together and give you the opportunity to do the type of training that I have done.

So this Bootcamp has been designed from these programs and is a mixture of everything. This Bootcamp will get you fit, strong and conditioned and get you into the best shape of your life.

I have never asked my clients to do anything I have not done myself. Therefore I know how challenging it is to get through it, as I know what is required.

I will be there every step of the way to help you and every step of the way to push you to your limits.

*At least 2 years gym experience and a good level of fitness is required to be able to participate
