I started my working life at Fletcher Jones sewing pockets in to Police uniform Pants. I then went to Quiksilver and made board shorts, I continued in the Surfing industry at Full Boar where we made surfboard covers and accessories. My path took a turn for the good when I started working at RAPP (making medical bags for the emergency services), that is where I met Scott. Then in 2009 I completed a Cert III Small business course which helped me prepare to open my own business. I worked at Radio Rentals for 9 years after that and then along with Scott started MFW in 2017. I gave up Radio Rentals in 2018 and concentrated soley on making MFW the success it has become and is becoming.

I am a Cert III and IV Qualified PT, strength and Conditioning Coach , Powerlifting Coach, Weightlifting Coach, Strongman Coach, Triathlon Coach. I am a Sports Massage Therapist specialising in Remedial, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point. , sponsored by the NTH QLD Cowboys NRL Club and have completed a Cert III Small Business Course.

I have worked as an S&C Coach with the Geelong Falcons in the TAC Cup and the Gold Coast Suns Development Squad. I have also been the head S&C Coach for the Northern Pride Rugby League Club, the feeder team for the Nth QLD Cowboys in the NRL. Working with high credentialed sports Coaches and Doctors in a high performance environment at the Gold Coast Suns and Northern Pride has helped give me an insight into how to design, control and monitor athlete wellbeing and performance.

Over the years I have managed to play football, Interleague and completed 5 Ironman Triathlons, with a PB of 9hrs 40, unfortunately not good enough to qualify for Kona. I still enjoy lifting and running but now focus more on athlete S&C.

I started my fitness journey about 8 years ago. Health and fitness has helped me find my calling in life which was to become a personal trainer. All of my most recent study for Master trainer cert 4 was done with AIF and getting my work experience at Momentum Fitness Warrnambool. I really want to be the best I can be in this industry and have the opportunity to better others with their fitness needs and goals. Including furthering my knowledge with more courses and learning more as I go. In 2019 I competed in my first body building competition with the WBFF family and came 4th. And I feel there is always room for improvement so I'm always looking forward to better myself each time.

Her focus as an instructor is making the most of your workout through focusing on technique and posture whilst working up a good sweat. Aside from this I she is a commited bodybuilder who applies the technique learnt from Pilates to almost every form of strength training to optimise muscle activation and control.
